How to Submit a Complaint

1. Fill out the complaint form with complete details of the maritime company or entity you’re disputing.

4. If your complaint meets our Yellow Zone criteria (urgent payment dispute), an administrator will review and approve it within 24 hours, ensuring timely visibility to all registered users.

What is the Black Zone?

The Black Zone is reserved for complaints that remain unresolved for 30 days or more. Whenever a dispute in the Yellow Zone fails to reach a resolution within this timeframe, it automatically transitions here. Companies in the Black Zone are subject to ongoing financial or contractual conflicts.

  • Encouraging companies to finalize negotiations promptly
  • Serving as a warning for potential financial risks
How to Exit the Black Zone

1. Reach an agreement or settle all pending issues.
2. Submit updated documents or new evidence of resolution.
3. In some cases, a fee may be requested by site admins to finalize the dispute.
4. Once approved, your complaint reverts to “Resolved”, removing it from the Black Zone listings.

  • Provide Communication Details (Emails, Phones, Responsible Persons).
  • In Complaint Details, describe the issue and specify Payment Terms.
  • Upload necessary files (Order Confirmation, Delivery Notes, Invoices, etc.).
  • Confirm & Submit. You’ll receive a verification code within 24 hours.
