• Zones: Unresolved complaints may move to the Yellow Zone if partially resolved or negotiated, and then to the Black Zone if not resolved within 30 days. This status change may affect the reputation of the named party.
• Verification Code: After submission, a 6-digit code may be required to confirm your identity as the complainant.

No Endorsement or Liability: Black Vessels merely provides the technical means for users to publish their complaints. We do not endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for the validity or outcome of any complaint. All statements and claims within each complaint are solely those of the user who submitted it.

• Using the platform for unlawful purposes or to promote illegal activities.
• Submitting false, defamatory, or misleading complaints intentionally.
• Distributing harmful software, viruses, or other malicious code.
• Harassing, threatening, or defaming other users or third parties.
• Infringing upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Impersonating another individual or entity, or otherwise engaging in fraudulent conduct.
